Stuff Stolen from my Luggage
Ok Kirk and others, I am ready to join a class action. It is not the amout in dollars, it is a matter of principle. Whether it is the airline or the TSA, enough is enough. The attitude of “you ca timberland outlet n’t touch us” is sickening. Let’s stop jabbering and get a serious effort going. A federal judge recently approved a class action against British Air for theft problems. Let’s get one going against Delta. Show me where to sign up. I am also going to track my GPS and when the theif turns it on I will find them. Anyone else who has had electronics stolen from their luggage please let me know and I will turn this into a class action suit. This is rediculous that they have gotten away with this and with the 250 or more complaints i have seen online about the same thing, they need to be held accountable. they They have messed with the wrong Person with a great lawfirm.
What’s up, peeps? YOU ARE ALL MORONS. You ALL belong to the “NO brain, NO headache” club. USE SOME COMMON FCKING SENSE. take some PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. there is NO $199 roundtrip LAX JFK airline out there that GIVES A SHT about ANY of you. YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER ASSHOLE in the seats on their planes. there is no Santa Claus and there are NO AIRLINE EXECUTIVES that care anything about you. the people running these companies don’t care anything about the people who work for them or the people who fly on their airplanes. it is ONLY about the bags of money they can take with them when they leave. BLAME TSA and the lame ass CONTRACTORS the airlines hire and only pay peanuts too. peace out.

I dont think it was an airline employee as stated above.
It was more likely either you left a nice present for one of the cleaning people at the hotel or a TSA agent grabbed it.
Employees do not have enough time to go to the bathroom let alone rummage through a bag for what might or might not be there.
There has been an increase in missing items ever since the TSA started to randomly check baggage and the fact that they no longer allow you to lock your bags.
So here are a couple of tips.
1 take anything valuable ( gps/mobile phone/ipod or such/medications/jewelry or any other item you consider valuable ) and carry it on with you.
2 purchase a TSA approved security lock. This is a lock that allows the TSA to open it and no timberland outlet body else but the owner of the bag.
these are purchasable at your local walmart or target.
hope that helps
not only tsa possibly stealing out of luggage but when Delta pays 8.00 an hour for their cheap labor its easy to take things out of bags in the bins of the aircraft
waiting for bags to come up the belt. No cameras
like the TSA’s have watching them
Delta needs to get a new delivery company, I don’t know why their lost luggage delivery people can’t get people’s luggage back to them without days of delay. You call their number to check on it and no one answers the phone. What a crap company, I think they are hot shots, but who knows what they are called. Don’t fly delta unless you want to take days and I do mean days after they are sent out for delivery to reach you. And when they do finally arrive rudest people you ever want to meet. I don’t know if the other Airlines are having the same problem with them, but I can say the best thing Delta could do for me if they want to continue losing my bags, Is fire the idiots they have delivering them back to me. I fly with Delta twice a month and they have delayed my bags often.
Me and my girlfriend used Delta 3 weeks ago. I had a cross with diamonds that was missing and one earing with diamond on it missing also. total cost $1100. I went to Paris and I think it all got stolen at the Atlanta airport on my way back. My girlfriend stayed there for one more week and timberland outlet when she got back her staff were missing too. She had a pair of sunglasses, cologne and a pair of earings missing. But it could be more we just had so much luggage that it’s hard to know exactly how many clothes you carry cause we never expected to get robbed like that. I called the 1 800 number and guess what VOICEMAIL!! and to the guy saying no one gives a shit about people that use cheap airlines. Well dude I tried to save a little and anyway for 2 tickets I paid $2800 so don’t tell me what’s cheap and what’s not. It is principal it’s not what’s cheap or not. To my girlfriend “love u babe” if you are reading this will see you tonight”.
I had somthing very similar happen to me, but with NWA which I guess is merging together with Delta. Here is how my experience went. Just yesterday, me and my wife came home from Orlando. We flew with NWA out of Orlando to Memphis on a bigger plane, then when we got to Memphis we had to wait a little over an hour for our connecting timberland outlet flight. So we were looking at our pictures from the trip,(thats how I know i didnt forget to pack my camara), and when we later started to board the plane, the lady at the counter put a Plane side boarding tag on my medium sized luggage, and informed me that I would have to plane side check it, and I would get it as I got off the plane in St. Louis. Well, I didnt know what size of plane it was going to be because I was able to take it as a carry on for all the other planes, so I didnt even think to get my cell phone and digital camara out of the front pouch. I had my car keys, glasses, phone, and camara all right there in my “carry on” so it would be right next to me and ready for when we got to our car. Now I have been getting the run around from Delta and NWA.
Delta??? This past weekend I traveled out of Atlanta to Denver. The plain was packed and by the time zone 4 was called and we got on the plane there was no room for my carry on bag. I had to plane side check my bag and was given a claim ticket.
I had to go to the Delta Baggage Service after waiting for nearly an hour for my bag. The rep stated that it should be on the next plain out of Atlanta that would be arriving in an hour. I waited the hour and returned to the Baggage Service Center. I was then informed that it was not scanned out of Atlanta and that when it arrived it would be delivered to the Hotel.
